Changing or Cancelling Your Booking

If you need to change your booking details before handing over your luggage, you can edit the booking in the Takumo Lite app.

Editing a Booking

Go to My Bookings in the app. Open the booking you want to change. Tap Edit. You can change:

●      Destination address

●      Carrier selection

●      Luggage type, contents, or handling instructions

●      Contact details

Changes can be made until the booking is submitted by hotel staff at handover. Once submitted, contact the hotel front desk or Takumo support if you need to make changes.

Cancelling a Booking

Go to My Bookings, open the booking, and tap Cancel Booking. Confirm the cancellation. If the carrier has already collected your luggage, cancellation is no longer possible through the app — contact Takumo support immediately.
